Felicia is an elderly woman diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer that has metasticized to the bone. Her doctors sent her to hospice. Felicia came to see Rowen for Ozone. Rowen gave her Ozone IV. Felicia says she feels better than she has in weeks. Rowen emphasizes that his goal is to improve her quality of life, that he cannot cure Cancer.
